We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Many of our products are secondhand, vintage, or consignment items and may show normal signs of prior use. We disclose notable flaws in photos and/or descriptions when observed.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities offered.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment is processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.

Prices online may differ from in-store prices or prices on third-party platforms.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and payment information and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOCAL PICKUP

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer items to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

For local pickup, you are responsible for picking up within the timeframe stated in your pickup notification. Please follow the pickup instructions provided at checkout and in your confirmation emails.

All content on our Services—including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, videos, and design—is owned by Found & Gathered, LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for issues arising from their use.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Found & Gathered, LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Found & Gathered, LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to purchases and transactions with our store.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
